R.O.C. 2 is one of four R.O.C.'s (Retaliation on Cryptids), which were created by the US government from the remains of ancient giant birds that were enhanced with cybernetic weapons and treated with a growth serum that helped them reach their gargantuan height. The R.O.C.'s share a neural connection with US Airforce pilots whose ability to create interpersonal relationships increases their ability to communicate with and effectively utilize their R.O.C. When the terrorist known as Rol Hama captured the world’s cryptid’s, grew them to kaiju size, and unleashed them on the world, the R.O.C.'s were mobilized to counter the threat!
